Dohromady se jim \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 tak zvan\u011b autonomn\u00ed nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m, a to proto, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o podsyst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd um\u00ed reagovat s\u00e1m o sob\u011b nen\u00ed z\u00e1visl\u00fd na regulaci z jin\u00fdch center na\u0161eho mozku. V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b, kdy se p\u0159\u00edmo nemus\u00edme bojovat o sv\u016fj hol\u00fd \u017eivot, je sice aktivita t\u011bchto syst\u00e9m\u016f patrn\u00e1, ale m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt spou\u0161t\u011bna v nepat\u0159i\u010dn\u00fdch situac\u00edch, co\u017e potom vede k dal\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm. Jak ji\u017e bylo ps\u00e1no, jedn\u00e1 se o dv\u011b slo\u017eky, o syst\u00e9m sympatick\u00fd a parasympatick\u00fd. Sympatick\u00fd nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m byl vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n v moment\u011b ohro\u017een\u00ed. Takto dojde ke specifick\u00fdm d\u011bj\u016fm v na\u0161em organismu, kter\u00e9 by n\u00e1s m\u011bli ochr\u00e1nit nebo t\u0159eba pomoci n\u00e1m ut\u00e9ct, za v\u0161echny m\u016f\u017eeme zm\u00ednit t\u0159eba roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed zornic, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m m\u00e1 pomoci s vid\u011bn\u00edm potm\u011b. Parasympatick\u00fd nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m se star\u00e1 o t\u011blo, kdy\u017e je v klidu. Spust\u00ed se procesy tr\u00e1ven\u00ed, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed krevn\u00edho tlaku, a obnova s\u00edly a z\u00e1sob. Bohu\u017eel, t\u00edm, jak na n\u00e1s dne\u0161n\u00ed doba p\u016fsob\u00ed, v\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s m\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u00edce aktivovan\u00fd sympatikus, a proto se i v moment\u011b, kdy jsme doma, m\u016f\u017eeme c\u00edtit v tenzi, bol\u00ed n\u00e1s \u010dast\u011bji hlava a jsme celkov\u011b po\u0159\u00e1d nastaveni na \u010delen\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9mu pomysln\u00e9mu nebezpe\u010d\u00ed. Je to nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, ale d\u00e1 se s t\u00edm n\u011bco d\u011blat. Dobr\u00e9 je v\u011bdom\u011b posilovat parasympatikus klidov\u00fdmi aktivitami. Sej\u00edt se se skute\u010dn\u011b dobr\u00fdmi kamar\u00e1dy, vykou\u0159it si s nimi vodn\u00ed d\u00fdmku s tab\u00e1kem Darkside, j\u00edt se proj\u00edt nebo si n\u011bco p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst, ale tak, abyste aspo\u0148 na chv\u00edli nem\u011bli po ruce mobiln\u00ed telefon.
